Noche Mediterranea in Speyer

Very nice location, inviting for Spanish food and drinks, ambience Spanish furnished, tapas were relatively few for the high price.

Top run restaurant. You immediately feel welcome and the food is just great.

The ambience was very inviting. Unfortunately, a colleague was spilled wine ... can happen ... but the broken glass and the wine were not mopped up. No towel was offered. The wine was only new when requested. The service seemed overwhelmed and could say little or nothing about the wine and make no differentiated recommendations. The paella was ok. Otherwise tapas was rather bland and tasteless. Too bad. I have eaten better and cheaper. Unfortunately for the price of the service and food it was rather disappointing. We had hoped for more.
